Review on 📀 Toshiba BDX3300 WiFi Enabled 1080p Blu-Ray Disc Player by Cre Soto

I bought this DVD player at the end of summer. I was very happy to use this DVD player as it had all the features I needed at a reasonable price. At first I had no problems with the player. Unfortunately, after just a few weeks, I wasn't able to watch DVDs or stream Netflix and YouTube. "Signal Detection" kept blinking on the TV screen. The DVDs I've played have no scratches and work fine with other DVD players. Also, the DVD player gets a strong signal from the WiFi router in my house. I contacted Toshiba. They had no idea how to fix the problem and referred me to their warranty website. I followed the instructions and was offered a voucher to redeem on the Toshiba Direct website. When I went to Toshiba Direct there was only one way to replace the DVD player. The cost shown on the website was covered by the coupon when I didn't have to pay taxes or shipping costs. I ended up paying $12 to have the defective DVD player returned and another $16 for a replacement. Not cool Toshiba! You must pay the cost of returning the defective item and pay me back the full cost of a replacement. I don't think it's too much to ask.
