I have placed many orders with this company and was generally very happy with the quality of their beads (only 1-3 beads get damaged and unfit for jewelry making!) until I received this one - the most expensive bead - Tanzanian Cranberry Ruby 8mm - of 88 beads in chain 43 are damaged and completely unusable! Very disappointing and 100% will return it! TO UPDATE! I decided to replace these 8mm Cranberry Ruby beads because I would really like to have this size for my jewelry project hoping the new strand would be of a higher quality. The replacement came super fast, BUT the quality was just as bad and unfortunately even worse than the first one. Unusable and definitely REFUND!
