Review on AIRx HEALTH 16X25X1 Pleated Filter by Tay Fair

This filter cost me $100 in support calls and a lot of heartache. First, the seller of AIRx HEALTH is 100% false advertising. Why does Revane allow this? It hurts a lot of people. I wish I could read the reviews as many people say the filters are advertised incorrectly and are the wrong size. How the heck are these filters 4 1/2 stars? I have attached photos showing the actual size of the filter and they are too small. From 1/2 inch. The AC filter must match advertised, otherwise you risk ruining the entire AC system. Let this be a record for those whose air conditioner actually broke because of this filter to use as a public record for their lawsuit against AIRx HEALTH. The air con froze with a block of ice on top and severe frost/frost outside near the air con connection to the house. After a lot of troubleshooting and the poor A/C dude failing twice, we determined that it was that degenerated undersized filter that was causing the whole problem. Imagine. A $1,000 air conditioner stops because of this faulty, missized, and misadvertised filter. Also, it's too late to request a refund as this is currently not possible. If your filter fails due to being the wrong size, you have no choice but to find a new filter supplier. This is really the genius part of the scam as it is absolutely impossible to get a refund as the filter fails right after the refund time has passed. Final word: do not buy this filter at all. Spend an extra 20 or 30 or whatever to get an OEM file for your device. This will save you $100 and a lot of time and hassle.
