I've never had such a love-hate relationship with anything in my life. This camera is great IF it works. You get addicted and then it just goes away. Then you put more money in (batteries, solar panels, rechargeable batteries). And every time it crashes you have to restart it. Tell me: do any of you plan to put this camera in your garden at home? I did not think. It is bought to sit in the middle of nowhere and enjoy the wildlife on your property while you are not there. A few hours drive (in our case) from where we live. There's no way to just exit and restart the camera, which is Creative XP's answer to anything wrong with it. And now that I've tried so hard to make this purchase work, I don't have time to return it and I'm out of hundreds of dollars! Other disappointments: I was excited when the app for viewing photos on this camera came out, but this is the most unintuitive app. There is little explanation of how to make changes to camera settings or what those settings actually do. Also, the solar panel comes without INSTRUCTIONS. You ask, why do you need a solar panel manual? Because it has an on/off switch - turn it on to charge, turn it off to charge or what? Why do you even need a solar panel switch? If you enjoy solving endless problems, this might be the right purchase for you.
