Only worked a few weeks?

I bought this a few months ago but only installed it two weeks ago. I installed them on a headache shelf for my truck. They worked great and looked good for about a week and a half. I then towed my fifth wheel trailer and when I plugged in my tow lights most of the LEDs stopped working. Now only two LEDs in the middle of each lamp will work. I was impressed when I first put them on, now I'm disappointed that they have already stopped working.
