I like that it is super flexible, allowing you to quickly make changes without having your application in production with all its users using them. It can be tough sometimes when there are multiple things going wrong at once (e-mails not sent out properly etc.) but as long they provide some level support then everything usually works fine! We have been able solve many problems by just making small adjustments here or maybe moving something around - we don't need an entire new toolkit/SDK every time one problem arises so this has saved us lots over working backwards from scratch again which would normally take weeks if not months. The integration process itself took about 2 days including training our staff how best use their systems too; after doing most work ourselves via API calls though now integrating into Salesforce takes only minutes rather than hours per week previously required each day plus waiting times getting hold during business office opening periods. This allows me very quick access through my mobile phone / tablet.
