I bought two of these hooks to attach to the edge of the table to hold the 9 and 15 ball racks. These hooks are enough and I use them, but the quality is mediocre. The base of the mounting flange was not flat, so it would be difficult to hold it on a flat surface without slipping. There was a small protrusion between the mounting holes. So I used my grinder to level the flange before attempting to install it. It didn't require a lot of sanding, but was a definite improvement. Another issue was that the mounting screw hole spacing between the two hooks was 1/16 inch different. Luckily I measured both before drilling the mounting holes. Both of these problems result in poor quality castings. The brass finish isn't very good, but that's what I expected for the price. I'm happy, but only!
