This is an amazing tool! It was super easy to install and use.

This is an amazing tool! It was super easy to install and use. Once installed, the integration between the mobile device and Salesforce is seamless. The customer experience is great! With the app, you can dial a number from anywhere. You can also receive calls and place them from anywhere, with the ability to choose the phone number you would like to receive calls on (customer service, home, office). Customer service agents receive the call and can see where the call originated from, providing an excellent opportunity to track leads back to a particular sales rep or account executive. Agents can listen to voicemails, view notes, and access customer information in Salesforce. All of this happens seamlessly while the agent is still talking to the prospect or customer. I highly recommend this app!
