Review on Carecoll by Mike Hernandez

There is nothing that I do not like about carecol, it's very easy to use for both customer service as well as support agents! It has helped us streamline our communication with clients so we can keep them informed of any changes or issues they have without having to call every single one by hand (which would be impossible). The software doesn't always load correctly when you first log into it which takes some getting used too but once you figure out how to navigate around everything works great!! We are able to communicate directly from within this platform instead of over emailing each other back n forth making sure everyone knows what all needs to happen next.
