Great Customer Service Software For Any Company

There is nothing that I do not like about carecol, it's very easy to use for both customer service as well as support agents! It has helped us streamline our communication with clients so we can keep them informed of any changes or issues they have without having to call every single one by hand (which would be impossible). The software doesn't always load correctly when you first log into it which takes some getting used too but once you figure out how to navigate around everything works…

Pros
  • Easy navigation
  • Great way at keeping in contact w/all staff members across multiple locations.
  • Very user friendly
  • Ease o f entering info needed while working remotely via cell phone & laptop computer during COVID pandemic quarantine period.etc.)
Cons
  • All fine

Great Customer Support - Very Helpful With Every Question

When I first started using carecol, everything was new to me but they were very helpful with every question that came up! They have great customer support too!! Sometimes it can be tricky figuring out what you need from them as well sometimes because all features are one button away which is awesome when things get complicated like we had once again this year during tax season :).
