Most vitamin manufacturers return products. I bought the product based on the reviews - "easy to swallow" - these people are crazy - they are huge pills and there is no sizing on the website. This is the first time I've bought L-Lysine so I had no idea how big they were going to be. We cut her in half and it was VERY big - she tried but couldn't. When I asked about a return, it said the package must not be opened. Every other vitamin store accepts returns. Not a good first impression ordering vitamins through Revain - will NEVER do so again. If the ad is unclear, they must accept a return. Not all people can easily take horse pills. They were for my 14 year old daughter.
