Great customer support!
Product was somewhat tricky to install but after watching a few videos online I felt confident doing it. When changing the filters out the blue tubes got stuck and were almost impossible to get off. Ispring’s customer support was fantastic and they were able to help me replace the unit. I would recommend not over tightening the blue tubes, and make sure to a silicone to the rings after every filter change.
