Incomplete package!
You can't sell anyone a VCR/DVD player without a remote control, especially if they clearly show it in the extra!?! I never tried it because there was no remote control, no instructions! I had to know and understand the characteristics of what I needed the car for! Also, you can't access certain functions with this machine because if you don't have a remote control, you basically have a doorstop! I want to convert VHS to digital files to view anywhere on almost any media as I convert to MPEG-4 and H264. I'm disappointed, especially considering the price they wanted for this poop!
