Great experience overall with Frontspin.
Overall great experience with FrontSpin. Was a bit skeptical about the platform but found it was actually a lot better than I thought. I had some training with them before I went live and they were extremely helpful with that. After going live, I am still finding ways to improve the performance of my campaigns. Frontspin has made it possible for me to communicate with prospects and close more deals than ever before. They are a full service provider meaning that if I want to see how my lead gen process is performing or get help with something, they are right there to answer any question. Customer service has been excellent so far.
Pros
- Every time I call someone knows exactly who I am talking to and is very willing to answer my questions
- It really makes it easy to setup automated workflows
- So when I create an opportunity (which automatically goes into my CRM) I know where it will go in the pipeline
Cons
- Their website could be a little bit easier to navigate
- It takes a little while to setup up work flows.
