As most know, these do the job of giving some protection to the tires. My motor home is stored in the open desert and these covers will last about 3 years before the sun really does a job on them. The first thing to go always are the bungee tie down cords. If these were to last longer, I think one could get an additional year of service.Also, when cracks develop on the cover surface, Gorilla Tape is the best to use as it holds up better than other tapes.If bought at Camping World, of course, plan to spend more.Doug
