Review on 4P4C RJ9/RJ10 to 3.5mm Female Headset Adapter Cable for Cisco IP Phones - Enhance Audio Connectivity and Experience by Chris Horton

I've looked at similar products on Revain, Ebay and even Google. Each of them indicated that it would only work with compatible phones on their list. I could not find a list that would include my ATT phone. I even checked the ATT. Since it came with three different adapters I decided to give it a try - at this price point it was a one time option. When I received it I tried all three adapters and none worked. BUT then I noticed that the 3.5mm plug was not fully inserted. I pressed a little harder and it worked great with the 3-piece adapter. I have very poor hearing but the noise was loud enough to hear. I've read all the 1 star reviews saying their sound is weak or non existent. I think this device might work but be careful your connections are tight. 4P4C RJ9/RJ10 3.5mm Headset Adapter for TRRS jacks.
