I had carpet tape that I used without any problems. I couldn't find it and bought it instead. Sorry. However, this carpet tape has the best adhesion, which causes problems. He removed some trim on my hardwood floors. Well not some but everywhere I used it when I cleaned it my end appeared too. Very dissatisfied with this product. I have some left over on my tile floors because I can't get it off. I steamed, scratched, and he's still there. Please keep looking elsewhere if you are looking for something SAFE for your floors. Worst choice I've made to protect my carpets.
