I received this item on Friday, 7/29/2022 and plugged in the charger and it would not charge. I was not happy and at 1045 pm I emailed their support address and told them it was useless and I would be returning it to AMAZON on Saturday. Within 15 minutes I received and reply and they said they would send a replacement that would be the upgraded version at no cost and there was no need to return faulty unit. They ask for my name and address and for a photo of the spec plate on the faulty unit so they could see the batch number. I sent the info and they replied they would send the new unit on Monday, 8/1/2022. Today, 8/2/2022 I received the new upgraded unit and it works great. This is a company that takes pride in looking after their customers. They are certainly an example for others to follow.
