Review on i-Care by Brian Bloomfield

We have been using i-care for a year now and have been very happy with it.

i-Care is very easy to use and it is a very easy platform to navigate. The platform can be customised to suit a client's needs. Some of the reports can be very tedious to read. I think the platform can be improved by making it easier to navigate. The interface is very easy to use but it takes time to upload documents from other places because the online portal is not very well integrated to the hospital network There are many problems with this product like security issues, data transfer errors, lack of standardization, very limited customizations (which are mostly required for billing), poor reporting capabilities, inability to handle multiple patients at once, lack of good integration to our hospital’s existing systems. We tried to integrate with the pharmacy software but the integration was difficult and we had no way of integrating the lab management system with it due to technical limitations This has made it very hard to track test results as it cannot be linked to individual patients making it more difficult to manage results from different departments We were also unable to solve some other problems with this platform that included lack of document storage space, problems transferring data between departments, inability to upload documents from outside of the network, inability to integrate with our hospital billing system and inability to link the different workflows that are needed to generate bills..

It would have been better if they could have fixed these issues before going live
