Great product with a better design than the competition

I used to buy an onion board and while I found it useful it was too flexible and the edges of the fillers were piling up on the edges, making it difficult to remove sheet. It solves these problems with better design and easy paper removal. Also, I quickly noticed that the rear was stiffer, which prevents flexing. I haven't used a paddle but this setup is excellent and I will be ordering again in the future. Great product, you won't be disappointed.
