Review on π¨οΈ SIMAX Ceramic Cartridge 3D Printer by Derek Dolla
Works as expected
I did a quick comparison before installing the cartridge. Use a 12V/40W box and this 24V/40W box. The 12V block measured 4 ohms, the 24V block measured 13.2 ohms. A quick calculation showed that 12 V theoretically does not reach 40 watts, but only 36 watts. While a 24V block at 43.6W is slightly higher than 40W. Again, these are theoretical values, but they should be very close to the real world. The only thing that will affect the values is the power supply and if it's right for the money like 12V/24V.
