It's two clip-on extensions with two extra caps. I put one of the caps on the standard left analog stick and used the stick extender without the cap on the right preference. The stick extension is perfect, it has the perfect length and little surface area on the ball of the thumb, which gives insanely good accuracy. definitely only recommended for extenders alone.
