Great door opener on my review.
Had a problem at first with motor kicking out .Talked to factory rep solved problem .Great customer service.Pictures show belt adjustment bent ,Don't make since ,the belt pulls not push. guess the sudden stop bent it -? -UPDATE -Thought maybe Genie would reach out and offer to replace belt or reply to this review -NO
- Its very quiet
- It does not have a built-in locking mechanism, making it easier for intruders to break in
