Good for the price in my review

I wanted an insole to support my arch and ankle and give cushioning in my running and walking shoes.Wernies give a solid foundation at a reasonable price.
I would like a little more cushioning. It was good enough that I bought a second pair.

Can be easily trimmed to fit your shoe size perfectly
