Great Customer Support & Easy Interface

The main feature I like is that it has great communication options such as voice calls or email messages so there isn't anything to dislike specifically about this software. Sometimes if we send an urgent message over userhorn with no reply then we receive another notification later which could cause confusion for our customer service team who are trying to help resolve issues at hand. This does not always happen but sometimes happens when sending multiple emails with little time lapse between notifications of replies received from users asking questions in regard to their experience using other services/products within the same account. We use UHI so have developed ways around having many different support channels open - instead providing quick responses while minimizing distractions for employees by creating chat rooms etc.. Have also been able to make better phone call conversions since tracking leads via chats can be easily seen through reporting modules available. It looks great and the interface is easy to use. The customer support is fast and efficient. Nothing really. The customer support is the best thing I like about UserHorn. The price is the only downside. I have no complaints about the program. The only thing I dislike is the price. I think the price is a bit expensive compared to other similar products. It is a great tool for customer support. I love the user interface and the great customer support. I can easily manage my customer support tasks.
