I tested this application for continuous use with a battery and electronic controller and it started to hang for about 20 cycles - that was with no load connected. A good push will release it, but that can be dangerous in many applications. The unloaded coil uses almost 12 watts, so it runs quite warm. I know it's pretty cheap, but failing to even perform its primary function in ideal conditions when new is unacceptable.
