Hello, the packaging was terrible. I really thought the machine wouldn't work because of that. When I first plugged it in the machine smelled and I really thought it was going to explode so I unplugged it. I am very disappointed in the mug press. The heat settings didn't work and my image started doubling. After reading the instructions, I found that there are different modes and heating temperatures that need to be set. In addition, there is a sound signal that does not stop even after setting the temperature. I'm so angry and annoyed. I think you get what you pay for. :(
