Bought these for my son as his first real pair of skateboard shoes. Typical (excellent!) American quality and assembly. I've always had good experiences with Emerica Vulc dress shoes, so getting started with a pair wasn't difficult. The only downside was that there were so many color options to choose from that it was hard to choose one!
