I got this camera as a warranty replacement for a camera that went bad from a 4 pack of the same brand. The whole process was fast and easy to do. I would recommend these cameras.you cannot go wrong for the price, image and customer service.UPDATED: 05/17//20 So we had another two camera's turn out to have issues, we bought 12 total in batches of 4. All of the cameras we bought were 1080p. The problem cameras we had issues with went as follows, one was not crisp and the other lost its infrared lights. After a very long back and forth with customer service and sending them multiple pictures showing the examples of what we were seeing here at the property. They eventually honored the warranty but when they replaced the three cameras, they sent us lower quality cameras than original ones we purchased. I thought the first replacement one was a fluke and I was ok with it because of where it was placed. However, we bought 1080 and were sent 700 which is a big difference when viewed beside a 1080. The original cameras on had two cables, power & video, the ones they sent had three cables on the camera side. One for video, one for power and a third which allows you to switch the analogue to HD depending on your DVR. My DVR is a HD and plays all types without having to switch.
