Great Customer Support

The product itself has been phenomenal great thru the bad weather and a really clear picture. I had a blacked out screen out of nowhere, so I decided to call customer support and Abby was very helpful and it did not take long to resolve the issue. All it took was powering system off and on plug and unplug all cords from back of DVR. She definitely saved the day all on a Sunday.

Warranty replacement

I got this camera as a warranty replacement for a camera that went bad from a 4 pack of the same brand. The whole process was fast and easy to do. I would recommend these cameras.you cannot go wrong for the price, image and customer service.UPDATED: 05/17//20 So we had another two camera's turn out to have issues, we bought 12 total in batches of 4. All of the cameras we bought were 1080p. The problem cameras we had issues with went as follows, one was not crisp and the other lost its infrared…

Very good camera for my opinion

These cameras are work very good. I have four and all have a very good picture. I now have 8 Tonton cameras on my 16 camera system. I have had problems with two of them over the past year. I contacted Tonton service department and after a few questions I had new cameras with no problems. Very good response to my requests. Thank you Susan.

Bought the 4 camera system and purchased 3 other brand cameras. Ended up buying a 5th one of these. Very good camera for the money.

Night vision problems

Very poor night vision compared to the original cameras ( which are no longer offered ). Daylight view seems same as original.aren't many shopping choices for these cameras it seems.

  • The camera's high price tag may be too steep for some budgets
