Workerbase helps us manage our employees' profiles, including their information such as contact details, skills set, professional certifications etc. We can also see all available tasks/projects to be assigned to that employee. This makes it much easier to assign them to work efficiently on projects in the organization. There are not many features, but I have been able to make use of most of them so far. It's also free! However, if you do need more advanced customization options, then there will naturally come an additional cost associated with those. Our workforce consists mostly of freelancers who help other companies outsource certain functions like Data Entry or Content Creation. With WorkerBase we were able to keep track of each person, and ensure they don't get too many assignments at one time. Also, since this was an integrated system, we could easily share.
