I like that Workerbase allows me to use my existing knowledge of MS Office tools in order build applications without having an expensive developer onboard, as well has all those features you need when building enterprise solutions (data validation rules/validations etc.). Workerbase helps us manage our employees' profiles, including their information such as contact details, skills set, professional certifications etc. We can also see all available tasks/projects to be assigned to that employee. This makes it much easier to assign them to work efficiently on projects in the organization. There are not many features, but I have been able to make use of most of them so far. It's also free! The ability to use it with our own API, no need of any other third party service or software which will be costly in terms that we can't afford them so far!
