I like that it is easy to use for my practice because of its simple features which makes me more efficient in using this software as well at time when i need help from our support team they are very helpful always! Nothing dislike about metacare so far but if you have any issues please contact us we will try best possible way out there by solving your issue or giving suggestion what can be improved upon next version release date etc.. We solved some problems regarding billing process such payment gateway integration between payers (insurance) & provider side also data migration/data synchronization was done easily without much hassle thanks again metacare enterprise!! Easy accessability through mobile application too helps while working outside office hours especially during weekend where internet connection may not available yet still able do work smoothly due to offline mode feature provided within app itself. Great product overall nothing negative thing here just minor bugs sometimes might happen sometime after update maybe few days later then resolved.
