MetaCare Enterprise EHR Review

I like that it is not as expensive to use/maintain compared to some of our competitors (like EPIC). It was easy for us employees who were used only to Epic or CCHIT certified systems but hadn't done much in an open source environment yet! Very little training required when new people come into my department since we are using all builtin apps & functions by default so you dont have tons of config options etc.. I like that it is easy to navigate through this program for patients as well as providers so we can all be more efficient at our jobs. It also helps keep track of appointments which makes life easier in general! There are times when you have an issue or question about something but there isn't anyone around who knows how to fix your problem right away. I like that it is easy to navigate through all of my medical records in one place instead if having them scattered throughout different systems or folders! It would be nice for there was an option where you could have your own private folder within their main program so when someone else logs into our computer they can't see what's inside mine as well (or vice versa). I like that it is easy to navigate through for both myself as well my patients. It has all of their info in one place which makes records management much easier! The only thing I don't love about this software is how slow everything can be at times. Sometimes you have to wait 10 minutes or more just to do something simple such as view your schedule.
