I have just switched from XL to L and figured that like most, I would be better off going one size up to order. People have mentioned that it was successful in their reviews. They fit but are very snug and more like cycling shorts. I took them out of the box and just laughed. Don't order them believing they are normal US sizing. They will most likely fit as I continue to lose weight, but XL is more like a medium US size for teens. Nothing wrong with that, I just want people to know that ordering by size is no longer advice that fits all and you should probably go two or three sizes up rather than playing it safe, unless They like a tighter fit and then they go crazy.
