Was terribly packaged leads me to believe it was also used because all the screws and fasteners were thrown in the box with no bag or packaging. The styrofoam was broken into pieces and when I opened it up there were small flakes everywhere. The compression tensioner has scratches and paint is missing. The mode timer does not work, only beep, beep and beep. Some dark, grainy, oily bits of metal are emerging from the upper porch of the hat press attachment. I assume this should help with heat distribution with the attachment. But aside from all the issues with this $240 press I bought I didn't even get the right one, it's so different than what I was supposed to get. I feel cheated with this purchase, don't buy this or your experience will be the same as mine. I wish I had listened more to other men and women who left reviews after being scammed by this product.
