Review on Arlington TVBR505K-1 TV Box Recessed Kit: Enhance Any Room with Outlet and Wall Plates, 2-Gang, White, 1-Pack by Mike Flyers

Required a double socket with a physical separation between the socket and the cable wires of the TV. That's what the "code" demands. This Arlington box was perfect and lived up to the bill. Home Depot sells a 2-speed box, but you can't get dividers. This is a good built-in socket. Comes with a template so you know exactly what size hole to cut in the wall. The only thing I didn't like (hence the 4 star rating) was that the screws securing the physical jack to the box were a little tricky to screw in. I do not know why. Maybe because you're screwing into the plastic. It was strange, I confess. In fact, the head broke on the first screw.
