This review is based on the installation and mechanics of the system. I cant speak to the water quality or longevity of it.The system installed very easily. Everything mated and sealed up well. I didn't use included fittings and instead used the Sharkbite push-to-connect. It made the install much easier to fine tune. Currently my water pressure is 87 psi and I have no leaks (I will be regulating down to 55 psi this week). Everything seems to be sturdy construction. Instructions were clear (although I just used the picture). I don't really see the point in a bypass line but decided to install one anyways.If you look closely, you can see a red water line going into the bottom of the wall. That is my drain line to bleed off pressure and water for filter changes. I highly recommend doing this. I ran this drainline into a check valve that dumped off in my washing machine drain. That should drastically reduce the amount of water spillage when changing filters.Be sure to use sealant tape and solvent welding compounds for a leak free system. And I highly recommend using Sharkbite!
