It gives great neck support and rest

I had seconds thoughts after reading the comments on how soft and bad quality it was, but I had already ordered it, so I was determined to return it if I didn't feel comfortable after a couple of nights, but I have been using it for 5 days and my neck pain was gone since day 1. The pillow is hard enough and provides comfort and support
