I can confirm from other reviews that this little tank is actually 36cm x 22cm x 26cm (or 14.17" x 8.66") inches x Measuring 10.24 inches, with 5mm thick glass, the internal dimensions of 35cm x 21cm x 25.5cm give this tank an actual capacity of 4.95 gallons when filled to the brim, not the external dimensions , making 5.44 gallons. Includes black foam pad. The packaging was outstanding - thick foam inserts in the corners that fit snugly into the tank in a box of lots of packaging peanuts. I'm glad my tank arrived safe and sound. This tank, although not as advertised, is exactly the size I was looking for and therefore I am happy with my purchase. Thank you to the other reviewers for the caveat regarding the stated sizes of this listing.
