Mirror is easy to install. Many YouTube are there if needed. Basically open the triangular cover on the inside and move the door panel back just enough to get at the three nuts and the wire clip. You don't even have to remove the door panel completely. Simply loosen two screws behind the inside door handle and one under the switch bezel and create enough space to hide your hands. Replacing the mirror itself took about 15 minutes from start to finish. However, replacing the included black back cover with the original painted one was quite the ordeal. You need to separate the glass lens assembly from the actuator by prying off the 4 thin internal clips behind the glass, then remove the actuator (three screws), then unscrew the mirror housing (two screws) and remove it from the main assembly and THEN you can finally get to the clips get hold of the cover. It's possible though, and I even managed not to break anything, which was amazing.
