Arrived in perfect condition. surfaces are protected. exact size (Edited to correct numeric errors and truncate.) I ordered three of these 12" x 24" polycarbonate sheets with a stated thickness of 0.062" (about 1/16" = 0.0625"). They arrived in excellent condition, packed in a large box. Thin plastic films taped to each surface to protect against scratches, can be easily removed. Edges are not particularly sharp when touched with fingers. up to 0.062", to call it the exact size! To give you an idea of the stiffness of the sheet: This 2 foot sheet sags horizontally very close to the ends and sags about 1 1/4" in the middle. Please note, that this product is made of polycarbonate and NOT acrylic or plexiglass.(See the wikipedia articles on polycarbonate and acrylic) Acrylic is usually cheaper but I saw somewhere that it might not be suitable for my intended use.I have one sheet used as a clear whiteboard with dry erase markers*. what works fine. We put this sheet on the dot by dot and maze printables for my preschooler. He can then draw, erase and redo each of the leaves himself. Don't print any more copies! older, or maybe there is another difference.)
