Perfect fit for our VEX Robotics team

We had trouble finding the right size material for our VEX Robotics team. You have become more rigorous in the competition and this will allow your team to pass the test. Regulations require "up to 1/16" and this product is compliant. Good luck in your competitions when you join VEX Robotics.

They cut corners on these sheets (pun intended). Two sets of sheets returned and the cut size is still far from accurate

This review is for a 12" x 24" sheet. I have ordered this product from Revain twice so far (two sheets per order); Both times, dimensions were turned off (on all sheets). The size I am getting is 24" x 11.6" and I really need the exact size sheets to fit my project. It's pretty clear now that whoever is cutting the pieces is probably cutting 4 foot slabs into 1 foot slabs on a table saw. The gaps created by the cutting tool predictably reduce the dimensions of the parts I get. The productโ€ฆ

Excellent condition true to size

Arrived in perfect condition. surfaces are protected. exact size (Edited to correct numeric errors and truncate.) I ordered three of these 12" x 24" polycarbonate sheets with a stated thickness of 0.062" (about 1/16" = 0.0625"). They arrived in excellent condition, packed in a large box. Thin plastic films taped to each surface to protect against scratches, can be easily removed. Edges are not particularly sharp when touched with fingers. up to 0.062", to call it the exact size!
