I like how easy it is to use, as well as all you can do with this tool! It's great that they have so many features available right out there in your face without having to go through multiple steps or pages just to find what feature/tool might be helpful at any given point during an event (i am speaking from experience). The only thing i dislike about parity rate are their customer service reps - some seem very "stiff" when answering questions over phone calls vs email responses. They also often don't respond immediately after submitting tickets via the website either. This isn’t really anything specific per se but rather more general issues regarding communication between staff members which was not always immediate nor friendly towards me personally while working remotely one day last month due to COVID19 concerns. We were able to continue our hotel booking business using parities rates platform even though we weren't physically.
