I bought this lens for the rear window of my car. I put one on each side hoping to see left and right of the car when pulling out of tight parking spots. It didn't work, but it's not the fault of the lenses. This is the tilt of the rear window. The car is a sedan and the rear window is steeply sloped, causing the image seen in the lenses to be very flattened vertically. The image is so compressed vertically that I can't see what's inside. The lesson is to use these lenses with fairly vertical rear windows, such as B. in a truck, bus, SUV or minivan. My daughter has a similar lens on the back window of her van and it works very well. She can see small children standing right behind the car, and on the freeway she sees cars crawling into the blind spot of the side mirror.
