The best part about UserTesting is that you can test your website, apps and services with real users! It's very easy to use and it really helps understand user behavior. I like the fact that they offer free trials, which allows me to get a feel for the service before making a decision. Sometimes our testers are not available or we have to wait a while for them to answer. So sometimes we need to cancel the test. But in general, I don't have any complaints. I would recommend this service to anyone who wants to gain insights into their product. We're able to see what people expect from our app and how to improve it. Also, we're able to find out what features people actually use and what they want. All of these insights help us make changes to our product.
