Agree with some of the recent reviews. I should have done this from the start but just bought it without doing any research. This is the worst product and I don't want anyone to buy it. There are many missing parts that you need to buy and the ones in stock don't even fit. Not suitable are e.g. B. Hot and cold hose connections. We went to the hardware store a couple of times and the staff said it would take hours to figure out all the missing/needed parts. There was nothing suitable and we brought our whole system in for a check... I also called customer service... to no avail! I got a very rude person who told me they don't offer extra prices because it depends on what type of sink you have?!? She then told me what parts would be needed but when we actually went to the store to buy them they didn't really fit. The store said we had to pay $100 for extra parts…. Guides and manuals suck. Stay away from this product and this company. Get an incinerator brand and read reviews
