After a trip to the hardware store, it's great because there are more parts than in the box.

Looks and works well BUT additional fittings and hoses are required for installation. Only the instructions are ok. Knowing this prior to installation would have set more realistic expectations. If the instructions were better and all the necessary parts were included, I would give more stars. Overall not bad for the price but you have to know what to install.

Modern design. Easy installation. No maintenance

I don't usually write reviews for Revain but I really want to give it a 5 star rating. I like the design of the faucet as well as the tank heater. Very easy to install. The tank has a large and clear temperature display. And this machine delivers the perfect water temperature every time. At this price point, no other product on the market (to my knowledge) beats it. Similar products from Insinkerator will only charge you this price for a matte black faucet, which is crazy.

Good luck with the install - not all fixtures present

I've never seen anything like it... You buy a faucet for $350 but it doesn't come with hoses or fittings that You need to connect to existing water pipes. Went to the hardware store...neither 3/8" nor 1/2" will fit so I don't know what size it is - maybe metric which I can't find anywhere? The instructions are a joke, the pictures are scaled down so you can't see the parts and appear to show parts that are not included - 2 conflicting instructions. Do not buy! Missing/Missing Parts

Agree with some of the recent reviews. I should have done this from the start but just bought it without doing any research. This is the worst product and I don't want anyone to buy it. There are many missing parts that you need to buy and the ones in stock don't even fit. Not suitable are e.g. B. Hot and cold hose connections. We went to the hardware store a couple of times and the staff said it would take hours to figure out all the missing/needed parts. There was nothing suitable and we…
