Review on 🖨️ Universal Platform for Creality 3D Printer - 235X235mm Printing by Danny Rogers

I recently switched from glass to PEI but Geeetech just released this affordable glass bed that I knew I had to try. As usual, these glass beds are nicely packed in a box with special foam. cut to ensure the integrity of the bed upon arrival. Note that these are plastic covers on both sides of the bed, one to stick on your 3D printer's print bed and the other for the print side of the glass bed. I bought a Creality glass bed. Before and until recently this was not a problem. They seem to lose their "stickiness" after a while, even after I've thoroughly cleaned the print surface. The special surface of these glass beds is designed to make it easier to take impressions after the glass has cooled. Fortunately and unfortunately, this did not happen with Geeetech's glass platform, despite waiting all night until the next morning. It was easy to remove my casts with a small scraper so I know this won't be a problem in the future. In a way it's really good that my print doesn't chip off the surface, which gives me a good feeling because the glass bed has a good grip on my filament. Overall I'm impressed with this new bed and how good it is at keeping my prints on it. Only time will tell how durable this printable surface will be. I recommend 10/10. Price and quality are top.
