I was a little wary of buying 'real silk' from Revain as I've been burned by other 'silk' pillowcases in the past but I really think this is that only true is . Compared to one of my precious silk blouses, it looks almost identical, but there are some differences in the weave. Whether it's real or not, I bought this in hopes that it would help shrink some of the headboard I'm dealing with since I've been trying to stop washing my hair every day and it makes it awesome. I really think it will be good for my hair health in the long run as I spend a lot less time detangling each morning. I have no reason to believe it won't last long. Definitely worth the money. Compared to another 100% mulberry pillowcase I bought from Revain, this pillowcase is smoother.
